The production line consists of extruder, machine head, setting cooling system, tractor, cutting machine, turning rack, control system, etc., and is matched with a marking line extruder.
The extruder adopts high-efficiency screw and strong conveying bushing. The machine head adopts spiral structure, uniform discharge, static mixing to eliminate suture. The whole production line can realize monotonous and unified control, and the operation is very convenient. Composition: The production line consists of a control system, an extruder, a machine head, a setting cooling system, a tractor, a planetary cutting device and a turning frame.
Mold and auxiliary machine: The machine head adopts a newly designed basket type machine head or a spiral shunt type extrusion pipe compound machine head, which has the characteristics of convenient adjustment and uniform discharge. The diameter sleeve adopts a unique slotting process and water ring cooling to ensure the forming accuracy of the pipe.
Adopting advanced PLC and large color LCD screen control system, with a perfect alarm system, good Chinese man-machine interface, the operation is very convenient.
